eBay Raises ProStores Fees, Eliminates eBay PowerSeller Discounts

eBay raised fees for its ecommerce web-hosting service ProStores as of March 29, 2011, citing “rising per store costs.” Prostores is also terminating discounts it had extended to eBay Stores subscribers and PowerSellers.
