EBay Rejects Icahn’s Nominees for Its Board

EBay said that it has rejected two of Carl C. Icahn's nominees for its board and instead chose to renominate every director up for re-election this year. Separately, Mr. Icahn published another criticism of the company's chief executive, John J. Donahoe.
