eBay Runs 25-Cent Auction Listing Promo, Stores Included

eBay is running a 25-cent listing promotion for Auctions on March 22 – 23. Sellers can list auctions at any starting price and pay 25 cents in insertion fees – a savings for auctions with starting bids of over $10.
