eBay Runs Auction Promotion for Non-Store Owners

eBay is running a promotion for sellers who do not have a subscription to eBay Stores. Non-Store owners can list up to 50,000 Auction-style listings and pay no listing fees on February 7th, and can also add the Buy It Now feature for no additional charge during the promotion.
