eBay is running a promotion that lets sellers who offer free shipping on their auction-style or fixed-price format listings receive a 15 percent discount on Final Value Fees for those items – if they have a Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) of 4.5 or higher on all of their DSR scores. The promotion runs May 23 – June 1, 2008.
