eBay: Time To Buy The Stock, Pacific Crest Declares

eBay shares are trading modestly higher Wednesday morning after Pacific Crest analyst Steve Weinstein upped his rating on the Internet retailer’s shares to Outperform from Sector Perform, setting a price target of $40. The stock closed yesterday at $29.92.
