eBay UK Asks Government to Improve Mobile Broadband

eBay is calling on UK government regulators to take action to improve mobile broadband in the country, estimating that mobile shopping could deliver a 4.5 billion-pound boost to the economy by 2016 and a further 13 billion pounds by 2021. Mobile is the fastest growing part of eBay’s business, and the company estimates that its global mobile sales will double in 2011 to $4 billion.
