eBay works with tech vendors to become an easier place to buy and sell (InternetRetailer.com)

While spending 250% more on its e-commerce platform in 2008 over 2007,eBay is sharing its software code with outside developers to get better e-commerce applications in the hands of its of sellers, eBay said at its developers conference in Chicago this week.
