Ebayers go neutral in bid to balance budgets (Financial Times)

With house prices falling, inflation rising and growth stagnant, consumers are becoming increasingly canny in their shopping habits. So-called “neutral shopping” on Ebay , where consumers seek to “offset” the cost of their purchases by simultaneously selling off their possessions, is on the rise, as general belt tightening forces people to rethink their spending.
