eBay’s Annual Meeting Includes Challenge to Company Bylaws

eBay will hold its annual meeting in San Jose on April 28, 2011, at 8:00 am Pacific. Shareholders will vote on five agenda items, including an advisory vote on compensation of named executive officers and a proposal by a shareholder that would eliminate supermajority stockholder voting standards.
