Emirates Post issues animation stamps to mark 40-yrs of NCDR (Khaleej Times)

DUBAI – Emirates Post has issued animation stamps to mark the 40th anniversary of the National Centre for Documentation and Research (NCDR), the nation’s custodian of information and research. The stamps were issued in denominations of AED 1, AED 4 and AED 10.
