EnCana Gas Pipeline Hit by Second Bomb Blast, Canada Police Say (Bloomberg)

Oct. 16 (Bloomberg) — A second explosion in less than a week at an EnCana Corp. natural gas pipeline on the border between British Columbia and Alberta was also deliberately set, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said today.
