Ex-postal clerk sentenced in stamps theft (The Washington DC Examiner)

BALTIMORE — Federal prosecutors say a former clerk has been sentenced in the theft of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of stamps. Fifty-five-year-old Marvin Foster of Rosedale was sentenced Tuesday to 30 months in prison and ordered to pay more than $300,000 in restitution.
