Fall River post office dedicated in memory of Sgt. Robert Barrett

The Main Post Office was ceremonially dedicated Sunday in memory of Sgt. Robert Barrett, the Army National Guard soldier killed by a suicide bomber while on a training mission on April 19, 2010, in Kabul, Afghanistan.
