Farm bill: Food stamp cuts would affect 141000 Oregonians
The Oregonian About 792,000 Oregonians received food stamps in December, according to the Department of Human Services, down slightly from about 794,000 in November. Those who aren't in the Heat and Eat program won't see a change under the farm bill. |
