The Northside Farmers Market can now accept the Ohio Direction Card, better known as food stamp benefits. A group called Youngstown ACTION, along with the Grow Youngstown campaign, announced the new addition Saturday morning at the Market. Card users can simply come to either the Northside or Downtown Farmers Markets, tell a clerk how much they plan to spend, and get tokens for that amount. …
