FedEx’s Downbeat Results: It’s the Economy, Stupid

FedEx reported its fiscal first-quarter profit declined 1.1% and lowered its full-year earnings forecast. A weak global economy and tepid manufacturing activity around the globe were the culprits for the downbeat results.
