U.S. carrier FedEx Corp. is finalizing arrangements to make Kansai International Airport in Osaka Prefecture its base for collecting shipments in Northeast Asia, sources said Friday. FedEx and Kansai airport are expected to reach a deal in the near future, the sources said.
