FedEx has tapped William J. Logue to succeed Douglas G. Duncan as president and CEO of FedEx Freight Corp. FedEx announced today that Logue will become president of FedEx Freight on Dec. 1 and take over as CEO upon Duncan’s retirement Feb. 28.
