FedEx rival UPS cinches $6.77B deal for TNT Express

AMSTERDAM (AP) — United Parcel Service Inc. said today it's buying Netherlands-based TNT Express NV for $6.77 billion, in a deal that will create a company with annual sales of €60 billion.
