FedEx shareholders elect 2 new directors, OK pay

FedEx Corp. said Monday that its shareholders at the company’s annual meeting elected two new directors to its board. Shareholders elected R. Brad Martin and Joshua Cooper Ramo to the shipping company’s board, each for a one-year term.
