FedEx slashes fiscal 2009 profit outlook (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

FedEx Corp. is cutting its forecast for fiscal 2009 earnings as the slumping economy cuts into package deliveries. FedEx said Monday it expects to earn $3.50 to $4.75 per share, down from its previous estimate of $4.75 to $5.25 per share.
