HAGERSTOWN, Sunday, Oct. 26 – FedEx will break ground Tuesday for an expansion project in Hagerstown. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held for the new 162,000-square-foot FedEx Freight service center, which includes an additional 137 dock doors (increasing the total from 147 to 284).
