IATA named FedEx Express President and CEO David Bronczek chairman of its board of governors and selected KLM CEO Peter Hartman to follow as chairman when Bronczek’s term ends in June 2011.Bronczek succeeds Cathay Pacific Airways CEO Tony Tyler, who served as chairman for the past year.
