Filler: A penny for your take on stamps (Spartanburg Herald-Journal)

It was 15 months ago that I shared in my column the postal service’s plan to change the rules of first-class stampery. I learned of the new deal after I had a full-blown tizzy over a drawerful of confusing and insufficient stamps and called U.S. Postal Service spokesman Harry Spratlin to scream, “STOP THE MADNESS,” kind of a hobby of mine.
