Enterprise banking platform Tide has appointed Sir Donald Brydon as its new impartial non-executive chair.
Brydon is Tide’s first impartial chair. He brings board expertise from the chairmanships of listed corporations such because the Sage Group, the London Stock Alternate and the Royal Mail Group.
His appointment comes as Tide begins to gear up for a Collection C fundraising spherical, following a profitable Collection B fundraising spherical in October 2019, elevating over £60 million.
