Five people protesting the closure of Salems mail sorting facility were arrested by police around 1:30 p.m. today. Jamie Partridge, Ferando Gapasin, Jack Albert, John Schwiebert and Rosalie Pedrosa were among approximately 35 people who showed up with signs, banners and chants at the post office at 1050 25th Street SE.
