Perhaps you no longer want to face a long daily commute anymore. Or want more of a challenge than your current position provides.
Well, all these jobs are up for grabs and only require travel within the county, plus they all come with different salaries – with the highest reaching more than £38,000.

Homelessness Advisor
This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference within the community.
As a homelessness advisor you will work proactively with people to resolve their housing problems and strive to tackle homelessness wherever possible.
This is perfect for someone who is an excellent problem solver and for anyone located near the main offices, which are based in Amersham, Aylesbury, and Wycombe.
The Council is offering both permanent roles and 12-month fixed-term contracts.
This job will also bring an array of benefits such as discounts at various cafes, restaurants, Chiltern Railways and auto enrolment to a ‘generous’ pension scheme.

Salary: £29,704 – £34,738

Regeneration Officer
Are you someone who puts the welfare of people at the heart of what you do?
As a regeneration officer, you will help by working within a programme that looks to invest into Bucks towns and villages to create vibrant and successful centres and high streets.
Now, more than ever teams such as the Buckinghamshire Unitary Council for Regeneration and Economic Development is needed as high streets buckle under the impact of Covid-19.
You will be reporting to the area regeneration manager, to help develop plans for of Bucks largest towns, High Wycombe and Aylesbury.
Location: County Wide
Salary: £32,394- £38,881

Part time Learning Support Assistants
An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the team of Chalfont St Peter Church of England Academy.
The role will mean building the futures of pupils with specific learning needs.
Consisting of just 360 pupils, a rewarding job has opened up for someone who has a knowledge of understanding of ASD and ADHD.
This will mean the individual will need a calm, positive and encouraging personality.
In their 2019 Ofsted report it said: “Happiness shines through their exemplary behaviour.”

Office Administrator
Green Ridge Primary Academy in Aylesbury, are searching for someone to join their support staff team.
If you are someone who is meticulous and work to deadlines then you might be the person they are seeking.
As an office administrator, you will oversee attendance, reporting across the academy, and provide administrative support to teachers.
You will also be a nominated first aider.
No day will be the same and is perfect for someone who relishes a challenge.
It will entail 37 hours per week, based around the office opening hours of 8.15am to 4pm.

Salary: Bucks Pay Scale, Range 2, points 11-15

Ceremonies Registrar
Do you love weddings and civil partnerships ceremonies?
Well, a thrilling opportunity to be apart of couples lifechanging moments has arisen.
You will assist in the delivery of civil marriages and interview couples on their special day to check the ceremony can legally go ahead.
The candidate will need to demonstrate willingness and flexibility to provide cover when required – sometimes at short notice.
It is a temporary role, which will start from March 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022 to cover their busiest period.
Of course, working as a ceremonies registrar will mean you’ll need to be in smart attire and have access to a vehicle to travel to different areas of the county.
