Fla. official reviews cruise surcharge (AP via Yahoo! News)

Florida’s attorney general is reviewing whether cruise lines such as Carnival Corp. and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. adequately disclosed surcharges that they started billing passengers this month to offset rising fuel prices.
