Florida, other states, hire recruiters to sign up food stamps

FORT PIERCE, Fla., April 25 (UPI) — Helped by recruiters hired by states, 75 percent of Americans eligible for food aid are enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, records show.
