Food stamps made available to former offenders through new bill
WSBT-TV 18 states have already passed similar legislation, and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) would help get them food stamps. The Food Bank of Northern Indiana is supportive of the bill. They want to be a safety net for those who need it. |
