Forever stamps selling ahead of rate increase (The Joplin Globe)

On Monday, the price for a single, first-class postage stamp for a one-ounce letter will increase one cent to 42 cents. While for some people buying stamps might be the last thing they want to do in the face of a rate increase, one particular stamp has been selling briskly in bulk.
