Former Richmond P.D. officer gets probation in eBay scam (Fort Bend Herald)

A one-time police officer who was arrested in 2008 for fraudulent eBay sales was spared prison time at a hearing Tuesday, but was also denied a chance at having his record cleared. Judge Thomas Culver III sentenced Charles Antonio Montes to five years probation on three separate cases of felony theft.
