Fourth Suspect Arrested In Ke'Marvin Stamps Murder
WJTV US Marshals have arrested Marquis Joevon Black, age 15, yesterday afternoon on Mitchell Avenue in Jackson. Black will be charged with murder and as an adult. He has already been certified as an adult through the youth court after an armed robbery. |
