Fraud case accuses woman of misusing food stamps

OLEAN—A 35-year-old Upper Reed Street woman was arrested Friday at 10:09 a. m. in the Cattaraugus County Building by sheriff’s deputies on charges of welfare fraud and using someone else’s food stamps.
