FRONT ROYAL — Town Councilman Thomas H. Sayre feels he was wronged by Mayor Eugene R. Tewalt sending a letter to Commonwealth’s Attorney Brian M. Madden regarding a possible conflict of interest Sayre may have on a rezoning request.
