Full list of Nottingham restuarants and shops with one star food hygiene rating

Two dozen Nottingham restaurants and shops have been told they need to urgently improve to keep their customers safe from unhygienic food and conditions. Nottingham City Council has given 24 establishments in the city a one-star food safety rating, telling them major improvements are needed to keep customers safe and well, according to the Food Standards Agency.

Thankfully no eatery or store in the city currently has a zero-star rating, which can put off the majority of customers and ultimately end in the recipient being shut down. The premises below though have been given the next worst score, with most of the poor performances being down to poor food management.
