While I appreciate the fact that J. P. Duffy was disturbed by the U.S. post office manager stopping the singing of carolers within the confines of that building, the manager had very little option uder guidelines for such actions [“Aspen Hill Post office manager stops Christmas carolers, draws ire of local resident,” Dec. 14].
