Glasgow research stamps LEDs for domestic lighting (EETimes)

Researchers at the University of Glasgow are developing a refinement of light emitting diode (LED) manufacture based on nanoimprint lithography that they claim could allow the solid-state light to replace the incandescent light-bulb within three years.
