Good food puts country towns on the culinary map

COUNTRY was the culinary star at this year’s Age Good Food Guide awards, with The Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld nabbing the top gong last night – only the second time in the guide’s history that the coveted restaurant-of-the-year prize was awarded to a restaurant outside Melbourne.
