Harvard Business Review ranked former eBay CEO Meg Whitman number-eight on its list of top-performing CEOs. The business publication examined 2,000 CEOs worldwide and asked the question, “who led firms that, on the basis of stock returns, outperformed other firms in the same country and industry?”
