The project has delivered significant social value benefits to date, including a £6 million social economic return on investment.
It has also promoted social skills and career opportunities in construction, engaged with the local community through initiatives.
This includes the installation of a bleed control cabinet and kit which aims to offer vital emergency resources, and support the local economy with an £8 million local supply chain spend.
Ronan Hughes, regional director at GRAHAM, said: “The topping out ceremony not only marks a construction milestone but also symbolises the future of student living in Nottingham.”
