Ground Broken On New Post Office (WCSH 6 Portland)

(Winthrop) (News Center) Town officials along with the president of JARR Management Inc. broke ground for the long-awaited town post office today.The current post office has limited space making it impossible to provide adequate access to handicapped persons.
