Harlingen residents want post office spruced up

HARLINGEN — Residents are beginning to complain that the city’s main post office looks a little seedy. The lobby appears tattered, including peeling wallpaper and splotches on the walls, Harlingen businessman J.R. “Jimmy” Cocke said.
