MEGHAN Markle may appear IN PERSON at her High Court privacy battle hearing, it emerged today.
Meghan, 39, is suing Associated Newspapers over an article that printed parts of the same letter she wrote to her father Thomas, 76.
Her legal team revealed in documents released today that she is “currently anticipated” to “give evidence in person”.
This comes as the Duchess of Sussex reportedly fired the lawyer who represented Johnny Depp against Amber Heard.
The 39-year-old is said to have switched out David Sherborne in her case against the Mail on Sunday.
Justin Rushbrooke QC has confirmed he will represent the former actress in future hearings, after he stood in for Mr Sherborne when he was tied up acting for Johnny Depp in a defamation claim against The Sun.
