Havas CX Helia Promotes Ben Braiden to Head of MarTech and Data

Havas CX helia has promoted Ben Braiden to head of MarTech and data. Stepping up from the role of managing partner at Havas CX helia, which he held for nine years, Braiden’s new role will see him drive the overarching MarTech and data strategy for Havas CX helia.

Since joining Havas CX helia, Braiden has led the agency’s longest standing account, Royal Mail, alongside overseeing the data focused Royal British Legion and Diageo accounts – showcasing how Havas CX helia uses data, technology and creativity to connect people to brands in a meaningful way.

Working predominantly out of Havas CX helia’s Cirencester office, Braiden will oversee the use of new data tools to improve Havas CX helia’s data offering for clients, alongside championing the use of marketing technology initiatives. He’ll also continue to grow the insight and analytics capability within Havas CX helia – supporting the growing client demand. Importantly, Braiden’s new role will see him ensure technology continues to be an essential part of every facet of marketing, from digital output to data-driven decision-making ensuring client requirements are met and exceeded.

Prior to joining Havas CX helia, Braiden was account director at data powered customer service agency Blueberry Wave and Data Planner and Buyer at The Ark. With over 18 years of experience, Ben has built up a reputation for outstanding account management, with strong experience in data and Martech – being named DataIQ’s Data Professional of the Year in 2016 and leading the launch and implementation of large-scale loyalty schemes for big name brands such as Gap+ – Gap Europe’s app-based loyalty scheme.
