Having failed to buy Craigslist, eBay sues the online classifieds network (InternetRetailer.com)

EBay, the smallest of the three shareholders in Craigslist, claims the two larger owners changed the company’s bylaws to make it harder for eBay to sell its potentially lucrative stake.
