Hazeley Enterprise Park redevelopment progress update

The Hazeley Enterprise Park, at Northfields Farm, is transforming into a hub for businesses, with the demolition of the former Royal Mail distribution centre and several workshops.

This work is set to be completed by mid-November. The Hazeley Group has reported that interest in the development is strong, with many businesses looking to reserve units off-plan.

Negotiations are ongoing with several organisations. The park, which is within the South Downs National Park, is designed to be a prime location for businesses, offering modern, energy-efficient commercial spaces.

A community-focused hub is also being developed, which will include a café and event space. Local businesses have shown strong interest in operating the hub café, and discussions with potential partners continue.

The park has also launched a community fund to support local projects and causes. The park’s transformation is being carried out with a focus on environmental stewardship.

Tree and ecological works are nearly complete, in line with the park’s commitment to the environment. The park is working with ecology specialists to ensure all activities are within the agreed planning terms.

A contractor is expected to be appointed in early November to lead the build of the first phase. This phase includes sustainable modern commercial units, with high levels of energy efficiency, photovoltaic panels, and EV charging points as standard.

The Hazeley Group is inviting enterprise-level businesses to consider the park for their next phase of growth. The park offers excellent transport links, natural surroundings, and a range of sustainable, customisable spaces.

The development is seen as a significant opportunity for businesses looking to establish a base in the area.

The park’s location within the South Downs National Park, combined with its modern amenities and commitment to sustainability, makes it an attractive option for businesses.
