A preliminary hearing for a Lansdale man accused of beating up his girlfriend in a post office parking lot in August was delayed for a third time Dec. 10 — this time because the alleged victim is currently behind bars in county jail for failure to pay child support and arrangements were not made to bring her to district court to testify in the proceedings.
