Heartfelt tributes have been paid to a popular ‘gentle giant’ with a heart of gold who has sadly died.
Ryan Hall, who has been described as a proud uncle to his four-year-old niece, Paige, passed away on Monday, December 7.
Friends of Ryan, who was an avid Spurs fan, have now rallied around to help support his family at this awful time by setting up a fundraiser, with £1,200 raised so far.
Dozens of touching messages have flooded in on the JustGiving page, sharing their memories of the much loved 36-year-old.
Alanna Roberts said her amazing brother ‘always had a smile on his face’ and would be able to cheer anyone up if they were having a bad day.

“As children we used to fight and argue but as we grew up we became very close and he was always there for me as I was for him,” she said.
“Ryan was a gentle giant, he had a heart of gold and everyone that knew him liked him.
“He was very well liked and he was always so polite to everyone. Always has a smile on his face and if you was having a bad day, he always knew how to cheer you up.
“I have lots of memories of him, my favourite memory is when my little girl was born and he put on Facebook with a photo of her ‘I guess this makes me an uncle’ he was so proud of that.”
Alanna said Ryan and her daughter had an “amazing bond”.
“I am very sad that he will not see her grow up, she is five on December 20,” she said.
“I am going to miss him greatly and I think I say that on behalf of everyone that knew him. He was taken to soon but he is the ‘brightest star’ that is what Paige says.”
Ryan, who attended Coombe Dean School and worked at the Royal Mail MDEC for 15 years, has been described by one friend as having a “huge smile that would light up the dark”.
The JustGiving page reads: “Sadly, we lost our beloved Ryan Hall very suddenly on Monday evening. A devastating shock for all the family.
“He leaves behind a loving mother, father, sister, niece, step dad, step mum, brother in law, cousins, aunties, uncles and all his friends.
“For those of you that weren’t privileged to know Ryan in some small way he was a gentle giant with a heart of gold with a huge smile that would light up the dark. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
“Any donation would be greatly received to help the family at this very sorrowful time. May the angels wrap him in their wings and give him the comfort and love he so deserves.
“We will all miss you Ryan. You will certainly light up heaven with your presence.”
Sarah, a friend who posted on the JustGiving page, said: “I’ll miss your smile, the laughs we shared and your heart of gold! RIP Ryan and deepest condolences to the family.”
Sean said: “It was a pleasure to know you mate. Our chats about sports will be something i’ll remember fondly. You were a proper gent, always cared for others and had top banter. You will be missed.”
Mary said: “So sorry to hear this awful news. Ryan was such a lovely fella. I thoroughly enjoyed his company and the diverse conversations we shared on late shift. RIP Ryan. Thoughts go out to his family xxx”
